Microwave the Chicken or Vegetable Stock on high for 30 seconds. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, except the noodles, and set aside
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
Combine the noodles with the sauce, and serve. If desired, you may add veggies to your noodles, or serve it alongside your favorite protein.
Recipe Note
*Note about the Gochujang* It is a Korean pepper paste, which can be easily found at your local grocery store these days. It is also pretty hot, so start with 1 tsp in your sauce and add more, up to 1 tbls, if desired.
