Ingredients
1/2 Cup Classic Peanut Butter
1 Ripe Avocado
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cocoa
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Almond Milk
Coconut Shreds (optional topping)
Blueberries (optional topping)
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except for coconut shreds and blueberries) in a blender or food processor. Blend until fluffy and well incorporated.
With a rubber spatula, scoop out blended contents into single serving pudding cups.
Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least an hour.
Add the toppings of your choice and dig in! Peanut butter avocado chocolate pudding is best consumed fresh, but can be stored for a few days.
