Ingredients
-
3 tbls Americano Choco Blanco Peanut Butter
3 tbls Milk
1 egg white
1/2 tspn vanilla
2 tbls cornstarch
2 tbls powdered sugar
1 pinch sea salt
Directions
Sift together the Cornstarch, Powdered Sugar, and Salt into a small bowl, and set aside.
Mix together the Peanut Butter and Milk in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave on high for 15 seconds
Add the egg white and vanilla, and stir to combine
Add all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir until you get the larger lumps out
Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature before baking. This is to allow excess air bubbles to escape
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spoon 1 tbls of the batter onto the parchment paper, then use the back of the spoon to spread into a 3–4-inch circle. Repeat until you have 4 or 5 circles of batter
Bake the wafers in the oven for 10-12 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until they are brown around the edges
Transfer the wafers on to a cooling rack, and allow to cool completely before enjoying
Repeat steps 7-9 with any remaining batter. You can eat them as is, stick them in ice cream, or even make thin cookie sandwiches with your favorite filling
